2194519 - Form Data ID fields for Job Requisition in AdHoc Reports - Recruiting Management

Symptom

It's possible to generate a report related to Job Requisition allowing the user to select two fields with the same name: Form Data ID. However, it's not clear the difference between such fields and which information we should expected from them.

In this article we are going to clarify where the information comes from for each field and what are their meaning.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management(RCM)

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Report Center

2. Create a new report and select the type Report - Table

3. Select Single Domain

4. Select the Recruiting V2 schema

5. Click on Job Requisition

6. Select Form Data ID

7. Job Requisition ID

8. Job Title

9. Click on Preview button

The first line represents the requisition 2624 which has no data in the second column.

Resolution

In the below example we have two requisitions:

  • 2624 - Approved state

  • 2625 - Pre-Approved state

  1. The first column for Form Data ID field as shown in the below screenshot, represents the Document ID for the Approved job requisition.

  2. The second column for Form Data ID field as shown in the second screenshot below represents the Document ID for the Pre-Approved job requisition.

See below an example where the document id information comes from:

For the requisition that is in the Approved state the second Form Data ID will be empty.
