2194521 - Issues while refreshing IQ_CORE/IQ_VLDBMGMT licenses & adding IQ_UDA license

Customer is performing multiple license activities on existing non-prod IQ QA server.
  a. refreshing IQ_CORE/IQ_VLDBMGMT licenses
  b. adding IQ_UDA licenses for new code.

Step 1. To regenerate new license, customer uses host name provided by
   $ ${SYBASE}/SYSAM-2_0/bin/cpuinfo -a
     License hostid: ccccccc

Step 2. Generated .lic from SMP matches hostname
