How do you use Date Range Options in Advanced Reporting to retrieve results for a 7 day date range?

The Date Range Options in Advanced Reporting will not retrieve results for the "last 7 days" specifically. However, you are able to select a dynamic date range of the "First Day of Last/Current/Next week" to "Last day of Last/Current/Next week" to provide a 7 day range (Monday - Sunday).

For example:

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• Online Report Designer (ORD)
• Advanced Reporting
• Report Canvas

The Date Range Options in Advanced Reporting will not retrieve results for the "last 7 days" specifically. However, you are able to select a dynamic date range of the "First Day of Last/Current/Next week" to "Last day of Last/Current/Next week" to provide a 7 day range (Monday - Sunday). To do this:

1. Create or open a Advanced Reporting query

2. Select Edit > Date Options

3. Confirm/Select the correct driving table

4. Select Date Type of "Date Range (on Start Date)" or other Date Type that allows selection of Dynamic Date Variable

5. Select Date Range of "Enter Date Range"

6. In the "From:" section, tick "Use Dynamic Date Variable"

7. Select the appropriate option from the drop down box

8. Repeat for the "To:" section.

9. Select Save
