2194633 - Error message no. KE0C133 occur in BD87 when release billing documents to accounting

Symptom

Error message no. KE0C133 "Characteristic value &1 does not exist for characteristic &2 (&3)" issue when customer releases billing documents to accounting via IDoc in T-code:BD87. But if customer releases the same billing documents in T-code:VF02 manually, the derivation works correctly, no error issue.
