2194819 - Problems exposing soap webservice in a hybris extension (yempty)

The customer was not able to expose a soap web service based on Spring-WS and built on an empty extension template.

NOTE: The soapspring template extension has been deprecated since hybris 5.0

Spring libraries are not loaded with the classpath, causing compilation errors.
The customer found a dependency problem between hybris libs and the spring-webmvc when the embedded tomcat is used. The HAC crashed during this action.
Web service cannot be reached because the Endpoint does not work on hybris server and weblogic server.
