2194879 - Unable to display time columns using Windows 'Short time' format - SAP PB

Symptom

To display time and datetime on DataWindow columns using Windows formats defined in the Regional Settings, the PowerBuilder formats [time], [date][time] are used.

[date] format displays the Windows 'Short Date' format.
[longdate] format displays the Windows 'Long Date' format.

But for a time column, it cannot display Windows 'Short Time' format (without seconds) because the PowerBuilder [time] format takes the Windows 'Long Time' format : ex 03:45:58 PM.
