2195088 - Failed to retrieve the cube for connection <ConnectionName>. (WIS 00000) when trying to access a BW Query through Web Intelligence

Symptom

  • When attempting to access a BW BEx Query through Web Intelligence (WebI) on BI LaunchPad or WebI Rich Client the following error appears: "Failed to retrieve the cube for connection <ConnectionName>. (WIS 00000)"
  • No issue on Analysis for OLAP and Lumira.
