2195429 - Communication Error (14) and SMP 3.0 URL connection states "I am here" - SMP 3 Agentry

Symptom

  1. On transmit received the error - Communication error (14).
  2. Tried to use the connection URL eg: https://{servername}:8081/{sub-url} it returns "I am here" message. However, the client cannot connect to the server.
  3. If using a reverse proxy server and the following error is seen :
    ~~ Error ~~~
    #http-bio-8081-exec-10####xxxxx###{SMPARCH-5015-otp-two-factor-authentication=false}##GET request does not include Upgrade header, returning Hello World message
