Symptom

  • During system update, SPAM stops in the XPRA_EXECUTION phase with return code 12
  • In SM37 the job RDDEXECL is canceled, in the joblog you can see "job canceled" entry
  • In ST22 you can find at the cancelation point of time dump CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR "Name or Password incorrect",
  • the report name can be: SAPLSIAC , CL_WDR_CFG_COMP_SHBROKER======CP
