2195639 - Usage Synch Jobs Are Not Updating GRC Tables

Symptom

Upon executing Action Usage Sync and Role Usage Sync, the jobs are completing with no issues. However, the GRC tables are not populated with information. For example, table GRACTUSAGE.

The RFC authorization test is retrieving the following error message:

  • No RFC authorization for function module RFCPING.
