2195684 - Unable to send Web Intelligence documents to Microsoft Outlook email client using WebI Rich Client

Symptom

  • Unable to send Web Intelligence (WebI) reports via email from the WebI Rich Client when using Microsoft Outlook as the email client
  • When trying to send WebI using "Send by Email" option in Rich Client, user gets the following error:com.sap.webi.ui.mail.EmailException: Failure on Sending Email at com.sap.webi.ui.mail.MailManager.sendMail(Native Method) at com.sap.webi.ui.mail.MailManager$MailRunner.run(MailManager.java:129)
  • Sending from the Java Report Panel works without error
