2196100 - DSI outbound queue is not draining - SAP SRS

Symptom

  • DSI outbound queue is not moving and appears stuck. 
  • The "First Trans" column in the "admin who,sqt" output shows status 'C' or 'R', and high "cmd" count: 

 Spid State   Info                 ... First Trans ...  
 ---- ------- -----------------    ------------------------------
 130 Active   103 dsname.dbname ... st:C,cmds:nnnnnnn,qid:988:57:0   ...

  • The number "nnnnnnn" is larger than the number reported by "sp_configure 'number of locks' " executed in the target dataserver.
