Symptom

  • Scheduling a batch of reports through SDK crashes CMS.exe

In event viewer during the time of schedule and crash the following errors are thrown:

  • Faulting application name: cms.exe, version: 14.0.4.738, time stamp: 0x4fd6b5a1

    Faulting module name: keydecoder.dll

  • Notification resulted in exception IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE:1.0, minor code 1330577418

  • Server Intelligence Agent: server XXXXXXX.CentralManagementServer stopped unexpectedly
