2196365 - ST-A/PI does not fulfill the prerequisites (installed: 01R_700 SP0001, expected: 01R_700 SP0002)

Symptom

Step "Check Prerequisites" reports the following error:

ST-A/PI does not fulfill the prerequisites (installed: 01R_700 SP0001, expected: 01R_700 SP0002)

However, SAP Note 1483508 states the minimum prerequisites for Solution Manager System 7.1 SP13:

Minimum Release ST-A/PI 01R_700 (Support Package 01)(SAPKITAB7N)
