Symptom

Unable to recover the database with the following errors in the error log:

  • server Error: 7411, Severity: 21, State: 1
  • server Table 'systhresholds' in database 'pubs2' is not in its correct sort order. Either the clustered index is missing or there is data corruption in the table.
  • server Error: 3414, Severity: 21, State: 1
  • server Database 'pubs2' (dbid 26): Recovery failed. Check the SQL Server errorlog for further information as to the cause.
