2197171 - Tax Number 5 is always displayed in T-code: FK01/FK02/FK03

Symptom

After system upgrading, SAP Note 1561889 is included in the system, the field of Tax Number 5 (STCD5) is added into system.
The tax number 5 (STCD5) is suppressed for all vendor account groups and also suppressed in the screen layout per activity (vendors). But with T-code: FK01, FK02, FK03 the field is still possible to create, change and view.

The same issue could be observed for tax number 6 and with tcode FD01, FD02, FD03.
