2197435 - Error: "The viewer could not process an event" when running crystal report from Launchpad with some users belonging to Administrators group

• When running crystal reports for some users having administrator rights, at the moment when the prompts are fetched this error is displayed:" The viewer could not process an event. The data source is invalid:'while trying to invoke the method java.lang.Object.getClass() of an object loaded from local variable 'io''. Please contact the maintainer of the data source to solve the problem. [JRC00005380] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]".
• When creating new Webintelligence documents with those users, the  query panel is never displayed.
