Review of details finds that:
Customer has maintained all the entries in OPM_Sources table and OPMDM_SYSTEMS.
The OPM_FILE_PARAM shows the Datasources.
Customer has defined the respective system in the portal.
Customer has maintained upload ID, entries for Import and export parameters. and Global settings.
Cleansed the cache and rebooted the system in an attempt to resolve the problem.
