2197520 - Non-Administrator users can't view Sessions or other options in CMC homepage

Symptom

  • The following Central Management Console (CMC) applications are not available in the CMC homepage for users not part of the "Administrators" group.
    • Auditing
    • Authentications
    • Cryptographic Keys
    • License Keys
    • Monitoring / BI Admin Studio
    • Sessions
    • Settings
    • User Attribute Management
  • Provided CMC Tab access to "Sessions" to other group or user
  • User or Group is desired to have delegated Administration rights
