When you Export Customers in Mass Data Maintenance, there is no tab Relationship.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Mass Data Maintenance work center.
- Select Export Customers link
Resolution
Updating Relationship of Customers is not supported in Mass Data Maintenance.
There is a separate migration object in order to migrate the Business Partner Relationship. Business Partner Relationship firstly needs to be scoped in the system for the migration activity to appear in the Business Configuration. Customers migration object does not support the migration of Business Parter Relationship information.
