2198129 - "ORA-01843: not a valid month" when filtering on a Date with Oracle ODBC connection in Web Intelligence document

Symptom

  • When running a Web Intelligence document, with filter on date, ORA-01843: not a valid month error appears.
  • Issue is only reproducible with Oracle ODBC connection and works fine with Oracle Native Client connection.
