2198240 - No host name and HTTP port defined in Exchange Profile

Symptom

After a system upgrade/update of a non-PI system, during the J2EE Engine startup you observe the following error in the defaultTrace file:
No host name and HTTP port defined in Exchange Profile for... 

Or in a PI/PO system, you can see the errors below in the defaultTrace file which are being raised several times:
com.sap.engine.services.jmx.exception.JmxSecurityException: Caller Guest not authorized, required permission missing ("javax.management.MBeanPermission" "-\#Host[:SAP_J2EECluster="",j2eeType=SAP_J2EEInstance,name=local]" "getAttribute") "
