Symptom

  • The following error appears when clicking on the About button using WebI Rich Client: "(Error: RWI 00200)"

In the Java stack trace the following error can be found:
Caused by: 29:10: com.businessobjects.rebean.internal.xml.XmlValidationException: !ServerSettings.missingFontsElem!
