2198826 - Error "Unsupported ID found null" when provisioning to AS Java repository

Symptom

  • The SAP Provisioning Framework is currently in use.

  • When a user was modified, which triggered the modify event provisioning to an AS Java repository, the following error occurred in the plugin task:

putNextEntry failed storingSPML.SAPUSER.<xxx>
Exception from Modify operation:com.sap.idm.ic.ToPassException: Unexpected error when processing modify request Unsupported ID found null

  • When authorization privileges were assigned to or removed from a user, which triggered the authorization privilege provisioning/deprovisioning event to an AS Java repository, the following error occurred in the plugin task:

putNextEntry failed storingSPML.SAPUSER.<xxx>
Exception from Add operation:com.sap.idm.ic.ToPassException: No such objectclass defined
Exception from Modify operation:com.sap.idm.ic.ToPassException: Unexpected error when processing modify request Unsupported ID found null
