2198917 - Erratic Behaviour with Horizontal Lines in KM WIKI

Symptom

After entering a Horizontal Line in a KM WIKI page using the button in the Rich Text Editor, one of the following issues may be observed -

  • Switching between Rich Text and Preview results in a space appearing between the line and the text below the line -

  • Switching between Rich Text and Plain Text results in the text below the line moving up into the horizontal line -
