After configuring a new Relay Server 16 and Outbound Enabler (RSOE) connection in Sybase Control Center (SCC) 2.2 the connection to the Relay Server has failed with error:
"Relay Server not found. The URL suffix may be wrong or the relay server has not yet been deployed into the Web server."
