2199401 - FX Translation does not find the transaction data that need to be translated for BPC

Symptom

You execute FX translation and the result is 0 Submitted, 0 success, 0 Fail and nothing is translated.  You have confirmed the following:

  1. You have transaction values in LC within the scope of the CT rules 
  2. You have ownership data within the scope of CT rules
  3. You have confirmed that all necessary properties in the required dimensions are properly initialized.
  4. You have checked the business rules and the script logic and they seem to be correct.
