2199421 - Encryption dll files disappear after upgrade

Symptom

  • ulfipsXX.dll, sbgse2.dll, mlcrsafipscapiXX.dll and mlcrsafipscapiXX.dll no longer exist in the "UltraLite\CE\Arm.42" and "UltraLite\CE\50" folder after SQL Anywhere upgrade (where XX is the major version of your SQL Anywhere)
  • UltraLite .NET application without those libraries throws an error: "SQL_COULD_NOT_LOAD_LIBRARY"
