2199876 - Recruiting – Application Instructions based on Job Posting Language

Warning message is displayed to candidates applying to a job depending on the Language set on External Career Site.

When a job requisition is configured and a specific language is set as the default for job postings, when a candidate who is applying to the job has selected a different language than the default, the warning message will be displayed informing that the application must be completed on default's language.

Per example, suppose a job requisition is configured as English UK as the default language:

1. If the candidate is applying to the job and career site/system is set to Spanish, the warning will be displayed to advise the candidate on the default language set.
2. If the language set by the candidate is the same as the one set on job requisition as default (English UK), the system will not display any warning message to avoid possible confusion to the candidate
