2199895 - Promotion Management job fails and shows the job name as the failed object in the Promotion Status window

A Promotion Management job fails with the below error message on the Promotion Status window:

Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : Object has failed to promote. Please see the log for more details

On the Failure tab in the Promotion Status window, the Object listed is the name of the Promotion Job itself (see below screenshot)
