2199900 - Error: invalid member ID, blank member IDs when loading master data from BW into BPC

Symptom

You are unable to load master data from BW InfoObjects, e.g. 0COUNTRY, 0PROFIT_CTR etc., that contain members with blank or NULL member IDs.  You get the following error in Data Manager logs:

"Error in Admin module or component used by Admin module Dimension member is an invalid member ID"
