2200241 - Getting error "API0000:Unexpected Error: SSP0003 Details:PolicyEnrollmentCodeRemovePendingEnrollment:I816429. SELECT returns more than one row, Exception: SELECT returns more than one row" error in the Afaria server logs in SAP Mobile Secure 2.x,3.x versions

Symptom

When trying to enroll the device in SAP Mobile Secure, you receive the following error message in the Server logs:"API0000:Unexpected Error: SSP0003 Details:PolicyEnrollmentCodeRemovePendingEnrollment:I816429. SELECT returns more than one row, Exception: SELECT returns more than one row".

1.Login to SAP MobilePlace on https://accountname.sapmobileplace.com
2.Click on "Enroll now".
3.The user will get an error message on the device "An error occured. Please contact technical Support"
4.By looking into the server logs for the user we see the error logged in as ""API0000:Unexpected Error: SSP0003 Details:PolicyEnrollmentCodeRemovePendingEnrollment:I816429. SELECT returns more than one row, Exception: SELECT returns more than one row".
