2200550 - Error 3101 occurs when executing load database - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • ASE shows spid linked to incorrect database, where this spid is not active
  • Load database command results in message 3101:

Msg 3101
Database in use.  A user with System Administrator (SA) role must have exclusive use of database to run load.
