2201098 - RAO: pdb_setreptable returns "Numeric Overflow" if table is using SEQUENCE as the column default value - SAP RSO for Oracle

Symptom

  • An Oracle table is created using the SEQUENCE as the column default value.
  • "pdb_setreptable <owner>.<tablename> " command returns the following error:

Command <(><<)>pdb_setreptable> failed -Could not list metadata for table <(><<)>owner.tablename> because: Numeric Overflow

  • RepAgent for Oracle (RAO) errorlog shows:

ERROR           com.sybase.ra.la.oracle.RAOLogAdmin           Could not list metadata for table <MDMCORE.METER_SITE> because: Numeric Overflow
BMGRTRACE       com.sybase.ra.beanmgr.MaintPort               Command <pdb_setreptable> failed, received: com.sybase.ra.la.LogAdminException - Could not list metadata for table <MDMCORE.METER_SITE> because: Numeric Overflow
