• Goals from last year are showing on new performance forms
• Incorrect goals showing on the performance forms

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Copy prior year's performance template and save as new template
2. Launch new performance forms
3. See goals populating from prior year

The performance template is tied to the prior year's goal plan.

Performance forms will launch with the goal plan configured at the time of form creation. Goal plans cannot be changed in live performance forms. 

1. Delete the performance forms
2. In the new performance form template, update all sections with the correct goal plan
3. Relaunch the forms
