2201449 - Error 15413 State 7 occurs when selecting data from encrypted columns in SAP ASE.

When selecting data  from encrypted columns,  ASE reports error 15413 State 7  - "An internal error occurred during an encryption operation (error code <n>). Please contact SAP Technical Support"
