2201648 - Issue with Payslip Mashup screen on iOS (iPad & iPhone)

While using iPhone/iPad to load the pay slip from Successfactors system via Safari browser, a blank screen is seen instead of payslip.

Employee Central, Payroll Mashup screen

1. Log into successfactors system using Safari Application in iPhone / iPad.

2. Choose the employee for which we need to check the paystatement for by searching for the employee in People search.

3. Navigate to Payroll Information --> Pay Statement

4. Blank screen will be displayed instead of payslip.

Safari application settings for the device under Settings -> Safari

Open your Settings -> Safari -> Block All Cookies  >> this flag should be disabled (just like the sample below):

If the issue persists, disable "Prevent Cross Site-Tracking"

Once this setting(s) is/are changed, you will be able to see the payslip:
