Symptom
The problem happens when upgrading the system with SUM
This problem may happen in different phases. The context maybe different but the error message
will end with the one below.
"The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open."
Case 1.
In phase Extraction, the following error occurred.

/usr/sap/trans/EPS/in/SIGNATURE.SMF (error 28). The requested

Case 2.
In phase XPRAS_UPG, the following error occurred.
Unable to execute the SDT request ABAP operation execute on hostname
EXSAPECCDB instance 00 Downtime execution of the ABAP upgrade request
ABAP has failed Error from unit observer Tool died unexpectedly with

FATAL: SAPup got exception in phase XPRAS_UPG. Please contact the SAP
