2202055 - When Accessing the System Using Silverlight UI, Some objects (Sales Quote, Leads) are not Showing the Document Flow tab

Symptom

When accessing the system using Silverlight UI, some views are not showing the Document Flow tab

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login using the Silverlight UI
  2. Go to Sales work center
  3. Go to Opportunities view
  4. Search for the Document Flow tab, it is not shown in the system

This also can be reproduced in another views like Sales Quote, Leads, etc.

Cause

This is the standard behavior.

 

Resolution

The Document Flow tab can only be seen when you are accessing the system through HTML5 UI
