2202254 - Sysam licenses present in license file are not displayed by the system procedure sp_lmconfig

When executing the system stored procedure "sp_lmconfig", the output doesn't return any information about the license availability for options.  Even if the licenses for these options are present in the license file.

Below is a sample of the output of the System Stored Procedure sp_lmconfig:

    ASE_PARTITIONS
    ASE_TSM
    ASE_COMPRESSION

None of these options are returned as available by the stored procedure sp_lmconfig.
