Symptom
An error has occurred and logs are required to determine cause/resolution.
Environment
SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Viewer (VEV).
Resolution
- Make sure the Viewer is not open
- Open File Explorer and navigate to the Viewer product folder in the Window Local Low Priority Application Data folder. This is located at <drive>\Users\<user>\AppData\LocalLow\SAP\SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Viewer<version>
- Delete both SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Viewer <version>.log and .trc files in the folder
- Start Viewer
- Do the required process
- Close Viewer
- Navigate to above folder and retrieve the .trc and .log files.
