2203261 - Custom field value translation not showing correctly in Ad hoc Reports - Performance Management

When reporting on Custom Sections of a PM form, the value displayed is unexpected.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Configure a form with Custom Section that has different values for a custom field.
   
   
   
   
2. Create a Performance Management Ad hoc Report;
3. Select the PM template you want to report on;
4. When selecting the columns, select the fields "Section Custom Field Name" and "Section Custom Field Value";
5. Click on "Done";
6. Click on "Preview";
7. The values you see in either "Section Custom Field Name" or "Section Custom Field Value" do not match the content of your PM document.
   
   e.g. as in the screenshot above, you would want to see "Satisfied with current position", if you choose this value in your PM form. However, the value displayed in the Ad hoc Report is unexpected, e.g you're seeing the values only in your default language, nevertheless that the value is displayed in another language in the PM form. Or you are seeing the value instead of the label that is shown in the form.

• You are not using a regular rating scale in the custom section of your PM form, but a different type of configuration in order to be able to select values from a drop down menu.
• The Ad hoc Report will show the exact content of the custom field that is hard coded in your PM template configuration, not the translation that is being pulled in via message keys.
  
  e.g. <elist-value><![CDATA[Zufrieden mit der aktuellen Position]]></elist-value> versus the translation coming from your message key "Satisfied with current position".
