2203283 - Attached documents not displayed for inspection lots in QC32 transaction

Symptom

In transaction QC32 you attach some documents. They appear in the tree view / hierarchical structure under the inspection lot, however after reopening QC32 - with same inspection lot number - the documents disappeared, except Quality certificates.
