2203323 - 'Could not generate the Flash file (SWF); the cause is not known.' error displayed when trying to preview the Dashboard in Dashboard Designer

• When trying to preview a Dashboard in Dashboard designer 4.1 you reveice the following error message:
  
  "Could not generate the Flash file (SWF); the cause is not known. Try again. If the problem persists, contact your customer support representative."
  
  
• The same issue happens when you use File->Export->Flash menu from Dashboard Designer

• SAP Dashboard designer 4.1 SP5
• Adobe Flash Player ActiveX version 18
• Ms Office 2010

1. Open your file in Dashboard Desginer
2. Put several number of formulas into the excel, and bind them to several objects
3. Press Preview (Desktop) button on the toolbar
4. Wait few seconds and the error message appears

• Unsupported Adobe Flash player
