2203330 - High Availability stuck in infinite synchronizing state

Symptom

  • Transaction from Primary Database server to Mirror Database server continously runs, in Synchronous Mode
  • The state values in state file from Primary, Mirror, and Arbiter , are all in "synchronizing" state
  • The console log will have indications of time gaps in between without anything logged
  • Using a version of SQL Anywhere prior to 11.0.1.2226
