2203542 - When 'Attempts' of a call in calllist will be increased?

Symptom

In CRM webUI, display a call from call list, in the full view, we can see the column 'Attempts'. 'Attempts' column records the number of attempts to dial one of the telephone numbers related to the call. In this article, we will explain when the 'Attempts' will be increased.
