2203883 - Variable Pay: Employee Central Integration Eligibility - The eligibility and proration report is coming out blank

The eligibility and proration reports comes out blank when you run it.

The most common reason why eligibility and proration reports would be blank is because an object other than Job Info is being used
as a business rule for eligibility.

The issue is typically that the client is using other base object to configure business rules like compensation information instead of Job Infomation.  We only support Job Infomation as a
base object in the configuration of business rules for eligibility. We need to ensure that this is configured correctly in "Configure Business Rule" - search for rule has Base Object set to
Job Info.
