2204022 - SMP services fail to start with error message - Windows could not start the SAP Mobile Platform Server Service on local computer Error 1069

Symptom

When you attempt to manually start the SAP Mobile Platform service, the following error message may be displayed:

NOTE: The error message occurs even though the user account is valid
