2204319 - How to remove surveys from a user's Learning Plan?

• How to remove optional surveys from users?
• When surveys are assigned as required, users must complete the survey to receive credit for the item. However, for optional surveys, it remains on their Learning Plan and is shown as overdue.
• For a required survey, it can be removed from the user, but then they'll not receive credit for the item. The only option is to mark the survey as optional, record the completion event and then remove the survey from the user.
