Symptom

Exporting data to Excel from Web Dynpro ALV or SAP GUI ALV, an exception CX_SY_CONVERSION_CODEPAGE is triggered in the class CL_SALV_BS_TT_ALVXML and a program termination occurs by shortdump CONVT_CODEPAGE.
